For customers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City

• Free return papers for customers within a radius of 10km.
• Processing time should not exceed 60 minutes.

For customers outside the province, please pay according to the freight.

Charge

Currently, Gia Hop supports free return of documents to customers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City within a radius of 10km from the company’s address in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

For customers outside the above range, Gia Hop will negotiate with customers the shipping costs in the form of car parking, post office.

Customers can pay by direct transfer to the company’s account or pay the shipping unit when receiving the goods.

Responsibilities of Gia Hop

The documents of the customer are carefully packed by us, arranged on the vehicle reasonably, carefully classified to avoid collision, loss, etc., which is not worth it during the transportation process.

The number of papers is clearly stated in the invoice and the customer will be closely inventoryed by Gia Hop staff when delivering the goods.

We always have a responsible department to follow up, ready to promptly handle problems during the transportation process

Customer Responsibilities

For customers transported by forwarding units, customers need to carefully check the goods including labels, weight.

In case the customer discovers that the parcel has strange problems such as torn stamps, broken sealing paper, broken products, severe damage, etc., they must immediately notify Gia Hop for timely handling.

It is the responsibility of the customer to coordinate with the shipping company to receive the goods within the agreed delivery time
